I was at Fort Polk back in the early '90's and the "Deuce and a half" (2 1/2 ton cargo truck) that we were riding in started jumping and skipping, turned out the rear most axle (2 1/2's have two rear axles) came undone and was dragging behind the truck by the brake lines. This looks much worse, at least we could tow the truck back to the motor pool, these guys look like they're pretty much screwed.
